Currently employed over 350 staff, Hsing Kwo Mfg. Co., Ltd. is a leading rubber conveyor belt and Industrial V-belts manufacturer, supplier and exporter in Taiwan. Hsing Kwo manufactures 45, 000,000 in-ply-feet per month for conveyor belts; 300,000 pieces per month for Automotive V-Belts; and 700,000 pieces per month for Industrial V-Belts. The company uses quality materials from famous known maker such as Du Pont® and among others for manufacturing of its products. As the pioneer in V-Belts manufacturing, Hsing Kwo was founded in 1945 with starting capital of NT$300,000. In 1962, the company registered its logo with CNS, and it started to produce conveyor belts in 1971. Due to constant dedication in research and developments, Hsing Kwo's manufacturing management and technologies continue to meet international standards. In 1973, the company acquired second plant and installed latest technological machineries and instruments. Also in the same year, the company began producing Automotive V-Belts with a starting capital of NT$192 millions. The automotive V-Belts is sold in both domestic and foreign market (OEM and replacement market) with remarkable success. Hsing Kwo is growing rapidly and continues to innovate new products. In 2002, Hsing Kwo acquired a tire plant locted in Yun-Lin and started producing tires from 2003. Main production items include TBR (Truck & Bus All Steer Radial) and LTR (Light Truck Radial) etc. This plant will increase Hsing Kwo's production capacity approximate to 75 million US dollar per year. |
